I can confirm that 100 medals have arrived at my office today for distribution to eligible recipients in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.  I have also been informed that 113 medals have also been received by the

High Commission of Malaysia in Ottawa.  You may wish to inform your colleagues of the news at your next meeting.

Our next meeting will be Merdeka Day with the Malaysian Consul General in Vancouver. This has become a regular event here & we are trying to get members in other Provinces with a Malaysian office involved in the same way.
